2. Waste heat containing dust, you must first go through the wet washing the dust completely after the dust and then use. If the dust is not completely removed directly to the concentration of equipment (heat transfer tube outside the wall) for heat transfer will cause serious pollution.
3. Compared with the use of saturated steam multi-effect evaporator, waste heat evaporator installation time is 2, 5 to 3 times the amount of equipment investment is also large, but in the case of sufficient heat, you do not need to use down External steam, so can save a lot of energy costs. At present, waste heat is no longer directly into the air, the environment is also a protection.
4. In order to safely and effectively use waste heat, you need to fully grasp the conditions of waste heat, that is, waste heat flow, waste heat in the air content, wet bulb temperature, dry bulb temperature, air pressure.
5. If the waste heat in the high water vapor content, wet bulb temperature is high, waste heat recovery evaporator equipment investment costs will be relatively small. On the contrary, the water vapor content is low, wet bulb temperature is low, waste heat can be recovered less heat, waste heat recovery evaporator equipment investment amount will increase.
6. If the clean low-temperature flash steam can be used as a heat source, no exhaust scrubber is required.
