1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of falling film evaporators.

This standard applies to the dairy industry and food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries on the heat-sensitive materials, preheating, sterilization and evaporation of falling film evaporator.

3 Product Classification

3.1 type

The type of falling film evaporator specified in this standard shall be of the tube type.

A) whether the secondary steam is used for secondary heating is divided into single-effect and multi-effect two categories.
B) Whether the secondary steam is compressed is divided into two types of hot compression pump and without heat compression pump.

3.2 basic parameters

4 Technical requirements

The product should be manufactured in accordance with GB / T 14253.

4.1 Falling film evaporators shall comply with the requirements of this standard and shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
4.2 Metal parts in contact with materials and secondary steam shall be made of austenitic stainless steel and shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB 16798.
4.3 for sealing the material should be consistent with the provisions of GB 4806.1, must be heat, oil, in the normal use of cleaning agents, disinfectants are not corrosive, does not pollute the material.
4.4 Falling film evaporator lamp hole, as the hole should be used glass glass heat.
4.5 The materials used, purchased parts, external agreement should be provided by the supplier of the certificate. Otherwise, the manufacturer shall use its inspection after passing the inspection. It is strictly forbidden to use materials and spare parts whose grades are unknown and have not been inspected by the inspection department.
4.6 According to the requirements of the drawings, welding parts should comply with the provisions of GB 150. The welding rod used shall comply with the relevant national standards.
4.7 Where the parts in contact with the material should be easy to clean, disinfect, repair; transfer should be smooth transition, less than 1350 of the internal angle, the transition radius R is not less than 6.5 mm, surface roughness Ra value of not more than 1.6 μm
4.8 Evaporator body
4.8.1 The allowable deviation of the main body of the evaporator shall comply with the provisions of 4.21, 4.2.2 and 4.2.3 of GB 151-1989.
4.8.2 Evaporator manufacturing should be consistent with GB 151-1989 4.2.4,4.2.5,4.2.6 of the relevant provisions.
4.9 Separators, condensers, and inner steamer manufacturing shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 150
4.10 Evaporation tube
4.10.1 Evaporating pipes shall comply with the provisions of 3.8.2 of GB 151-1989.
4.10.2 Evaporation tubes should not have joints. Inner wall roughness R. The value is not more than 3.2 μm
4.10.3 The linearity limit of the evaporation tube is not greater than 2/1000 mm
4.10.4 When the evaporation tube is connected to the tube plate, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than -10 ° C.
4.10.5 Evaporation tube expansion should not have cracks and the impact of material flow and material seal defects.
4.11 tube plate manufacturing should meet the following requirements
4.11.1 tube plate surface should be smooth, smooth, does not allow mezzanine, cracks and other defects, surface roughness Ra value of not more than 1.6 μm
4.11.2 The surface of the tube plate is not allowed to penetrate the longitudinal and helical marks.
4.11.3 The permissible deviations of the tubesheet apertures shall comply with the requirements in Table 3-11 of GB 151-1989. The hole surface roughness Ra is not more than 12.5 μm
4.11.4 hole bridge width deviation should be consistent with GB 151-1989 in Table 4-2 (a) requirements.
4.12 Preheat serpentine coil manufacturing should meet the following requirements
4.12.1 preheat serpentine coil curvature, pitch uniform, no wrinkles.
4.12.2 preheat serpentine joint joints should be GB 151-1989 4.3.3b, d, e requirements manufacturing and testing.
4.13 Vacuum pump no-load pressure of no more than 8 kPa (absolute pressure).
4.14 inlet and outlet centrifugal milk pump should meet the requirements of QB / T 1826. The outlet pressure of the outlet pump is higher than 8.5 kPa
4.15 requirements after assembly
4.15.1 Upper plate plate horizontal limit deviation of not more than 2/1000 mm

4.15.3 evaporation pipe axis and the upper tube plane perpendicularity limit deviation of not more than 1/15 degrees.

4.16 Where the provisions of the polished parts of the surface, polished lines uniform, neat, no burns, scratches and other defects. The surface roughness Ra is not more than 1. 6 μm
4.17 Where the provisions of chrome polished parts, should not fall off, dark, rough. The surface should be bright, roughness Ra value of not more than 1.6 μm
4.18 The quality of the paint to be painted shall be in accordance with QB / T 1588. 4.
4.19 Safety requirements
4.19.1 Safety and hygiene shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 12073.
4.19.2 Machine noise sound pressure level is not higher than 85 dB (A)
